The scope of works included full demolition and removal of the existing restaurant fit out in preparation for the proposed medical centre fit out. Works consisted of a new reception and waiting area, office spaces, consult rooms, pathology area, kitchen and breakout area. Located in the heart of Bay Street, Port Melbourne, traffic management and OHS were undertaken with precision to ensure complete reduction of possible risk.
