23 Bell Street – Rear Development

The 23 Bell Street development involved the construction of four brand-new commercial office and retail premises within the back area of the property, transforming the previously underutilised portion of the site into a purpose-built commercial precinct.

The project encompassed the complete construction of four new structures, including structural works, internal commercial spaces, building services and the delivery of new car parking areas.

Significant infrastructure works were incorporated into the development, including a new fire water storage tank and associated fire and water services, providing the new premises with fully integrated essential services.

Delivered within a six-month construction program, the project maximised the use of the existing site and created four contemporary commercial premises supported by new infrastructure, services and dedicated car parking.
