Director
Arthur is the Founder and Director of CA Property Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the commercial construction industry. With extensive knowledge of construction, project delivery and buildability, Arthur provides strategic oversight across all projects from pre-construction through to completion. His hands-on leadership and practical approach enable him to identify effective design and constructability solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality, programme and cost.

Kate Henry
Senior Project Manager
Kate brings more than 18 years of project management experience, including over 15 years with CA Property Group. She has extensive experience delivering large-scale commercial projects across the Education and Government sectors, as well as complex, high-public-risk environments including hospital spaces. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and focus on OH&S, public safety, programme and quality enable her to successfully manage complex projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Jay Van Essen
Project Manager
Jay brings extensive experience in commercial construction, project delivery and management, with a strong focus on planning, coordination and commercial administration. He manages head contract and subcontract administration, oversees project planning and execution, and works closely with Site Foremen, subcontractors, consultants and clients to identify risks, implement practical solutions and achieve key project milestones.

Arian Khosroshahi
Contracts Administrator
Arian manages contract administration and commercial coordination across CA Property Group projects, including procurement, subcontractor engagement, variations, RFIs and project documentation. With strong technical knowledge and expertise in construction technology and digital systems, he brings a modern and efficient approach to project delivery, coordination and commercial management.

Senior Estimator
Cassandra has been with CA Property Group for more than 13 years and plays an integral role in the preparation and coordination of the company’s tender submissions. Her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail ensure each submission is prepared to a high standard, accurately addresses project requirements and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the client’s scope and objectives.

Office Manager

HR Manager

Compliance Manager
Rena supports CA Property Group as a Compliance Consultant through Compliance Lab, providing specialist guidance across compliance, workplace safety and regulatory requirements. She assists with internal systems and processes to ensure CA Property Group continues to meet its safety and regulatory obligations across its operations and projects.
