This collaborative approach ensured that budget considerations, access restrictions, time constraints, and overall project delivery aligned with the client's expectations and requirements.

The completed floor takes full advantage of the sweeping city views and features an integrated AV system throughout the floor, First Nations artwork celebrating cultural connection, and a welcoming open-plan breakout area designed for staff to relax, recharge and collaborate.
