Hilltop Aged Care Facility – Preston

The Hilltop Aged Care project involved the complete renewal of an existing accommodation wing, transforming resident bedrooms, ensuites, hallways and shared spaces to meet contemporary accessibility and amenity standards.

The project commenced with an extensive strip-out of existing floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout the wing. CA Property Group then undertook the reconstruction and fit-out of these spaces, introducing new finishes, fixtures and furniture across both private and communal areas.

A key component of the project was the modification of ensuite and shared areas to achieve DDA-compliant access and improve ease of movement for residents. Delivered within an operational aged care setting, the works required careful staging and coordination to minimise disruption while completing a substantial refurbishment within a three-month construction program.
