Vasey RSL Lift Shaft – Hawthorn

CA Property Group delivered the construction of a new externally mounted lift shaft and glazed passenger lift at the Vasey RSL facility in Hawthorn, together with refurbishment and fit-out works to the existing administration and lobby areas.

The project involved integrating the new lift infrastructure with the existing building while maintaining a high-quality architectural finish throughout. Works included construction of the external lift shaft, installation of the new glazed passenger lift, and upgrades to the lobby and administration areas to create a modern, functional and accessible environment.

The completed works improved accessibility and circulation throughout the facility while enhancing the presentation and functionality of the existing internal spaces.
