Joy Street TAC ILU Development

Construction of nine Platinum Grade Liveable Housing Australia units – the first of their kind for TAC. The units have been designed to be completely automated with current and future provisions for disability access and use. Typical features include iPad controls to blinds, doors, air conditioning and skylights, adjustable kitchen benches and bathroom vanities, duress controls, a centralised hub (Unit 9), and a carers' unit with the ability to control all aspects of each unit.
