Canterbury Road Tenancy Refurbishment

Full refurbishment of the internal and external of the entire building. Works included full roof replacement, mechanical system design and upgrade, structural alterations for open plan offices, new lift shaft add-on, bathroom and amenities construction as well as new security and lighting system throughout.

Installation of timber feature ceiling linings to both floor entries, all floor and ceiling finishes with acoustically rated materials, a fully glazed lift-up garage door and external landscaping were all focal points of the building design.
