Fairpark Reserve Pavilion

Demolition of existing pavilion building and extension of new multipurpose community centre for Knox City Council. Works included construction of new southern car park, extension of northern car park and club rooms for local Cricket, Footy and Netball Clubs. Extension of existing U3A community space with new activity rooms, meeting room, public amenities area, new bar and kitchen, community space, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, automatic entry doors, glazing, floor finishes, solar panels, electric car charger and outdoor canopy area with BBQ facilities and new park furniture.

Building is surrounded by new landscaping including paved walkways to all entrances of the building and new kikuyu turfed areas.
